This research aims to give an approximate answer to the question: If virtual education offers new opportunities for interaction, human bonding and cooperation, then how autonomous citizenship should be formed in Virtual Higher Education in Colombia? This was raised to develop curricular guidelines for training in autonomous citizenship for Virtual higher education in Colombia starting from academic stakeholders of UNAD. It is a case study, that was used as a reference installed in the interpretative paradigm. In this paradigm raw materials of hermeneutico-critico analysis based on the theory of symbolic interactionism, are supported in a theory founded for the construction of the findings. It concludes with the construction of curriculum guidelines that cover fundamentals if you want to contribute to the formation of autonomous citizens from virtual education.
